Position Type: Full-Time

Starting Salary: $68,000

Salary Increases: Year 2 – $71,000 | Year 3 – $74,000

Work Location: Naperville, IL

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collaborates on all phases of reporting projects, including but not limited to: planning, validation, user acceptance, testing, execution, and related process development for upskilling.

• Develops knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and upcoming product releases with a focus on SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, and Azure/Databricks.

• Develops skills to be responsible for SAP BW and Tableau security task including the ability to create, update and manage security based on an agreed upon matrix that suits user needs while maintaining a controls based, auditable process.

• Develops skills to analyze, problem solve and troubleshoot issues within NDA for applications we develop and support.

• Resolves service tickets within the expected Service Level Agreement.

• Documents processes for both internal department needs and knowledge base service desk support,

• Provides daily maintenance on Tableau dashboard processes to complete updates within business specified timeframes.

• Maintains timely data validation for Tableau dashboards by making independent decisions on the correctness of financial and operations data.

• Delivers excellent customer support to users of software managed by the team by answering questions and resolving issues.

• Works with the team to grow their knowledge of ALDI US subject matter while focusing on understanding content, processes, and procedures associated with new and existing enterprise applications.

• Recommends action or treatment with respect to practical solutions using current and future ALDI technology products.

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.

• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.

• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.

• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.

• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.

• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

• International & Domestic travel required.

• Up to 10%.
