About the Role:
The Staff Strategic Marketing Manager, DSP and Expand, role is responsible for facilitating the orchestration and adoption of field programs aligned to our Data Streaming Platform (DSP) GTM strategy and marketing initiatives within the Americas. This role will play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth in the Americas and establishing a brand identity centered on data streaming.
Your focus will include DSP expansion programs and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for our largest key accounts, collaborating with key stakeholders to build and scale efficient go-to-market plans in regards to DSP, partnering with Field Marketing Managers to engage customers and prospects with targeted campaigns and high-touch field marketing activities to build DSP pipeline and drive predictable revenue to meet the growth objectives of the business – with a strong emphasis on consumption, new pipeline and accelerating pipeline velocity.
This role reports to the Director, Americas Field Marketing, and will support strong partnerships with the greater Americas Field Marketing team, as well as key stakeholders within the Marketing and Sales organizations.
What You Will Do:
Point person behind DSP strategies, with emphasis on expansion, for the Field Marketing team in the Americas, that includes coordinating field initiatives with marketers supporting our National Accounts, Digital Native & Emerging Markets, Financial Services and Public Sector sales segments. Sales segments this role supports subject to change based on sales structure and need.
Strategy, planning and execution of 1:1 and 1:few marketing initiatives targeting key accounts in Americas, including owning relationships with sales leadership and account executives.
Support a cross-functional team consisting of field marketing managers, sales leaders, specialized teams, account executives, sales development reps, and partner development managers.
Act as a trusted, strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership, understanding AMER DSP goals, needs and performance, and driving adoption and activation of DSP initiatives.
Be highly collaborative working closely with global campaigns, partner marketing, product marketing and field teams to increase market share and deepen engagement with target accounts.
Provide expertise in building the DSP field marketing strategy and plan aligned to sales and marketing priorities, pipeline and revenue goals.
Be hyper-focused on flawless execution of DSP and field marketing strategy, delivering a superior end-user experience, including a level of overseeing execution of programs run by field marketing managers as well as direct execution of programs this role would own.
Step in as needed to take a hands-on role to help support facets of the field marketing plan including strategy, targeting, program execution, metrics and budget.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to identify the most relevant marketing messages, use cases, assets, channels, and calls to action for personas and account segments in the AMER regions.
Work closely with global campaigns to leverage a consistent campaign strategy, messaging and assets in regional field marketing programs.
Align and collaborate with sales enablement and SDR teams to increase program adoption and ensure SLAs for lead follow up are met.
Responsible for reporting to accurately measure business impact on pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth and account/persona engagement.
Review, analyze, and communicate AMER DSP performance using a data-driven approach.
Manage respective budgets, pipeline targets, performance and reporting.Ability to travel up to 25% (based on need).
What You Will Bring:
7-10 years of proven field marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS, experience within the data industry a plus.
Experience working closely with Sales to create a strategy to deliver and scale regional marketing plans across enterprise and commercial account segments.
Proven track record of generating pipeline in net new logos and expanding customer accounts.
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of pipeline management and metrics, and a focus on quantifiable outcomes derived from field marketing programs.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across sales, business development, partner marketing, campaigns, customer marketing and marketing operations.
Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with flawless attention to detail in execution.
Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales management, sales development and partner leadership, as well as extended marketing teams.
Self-motivated, innovative, with the ability to work both independently and within close teams in a fast-paced remote work environment, and the ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and measure an evolving plan with strong communication and organizational skills.
Able to clearly communicate new ideas, programs, processes and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Team player with the flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a high-growth organization.
What Gives You an Edge:
Hands-on CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Marketo.
Experience with tools including Splash, Jira, Tableau and Asana a plus.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $146,240- $193,320, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
