The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Managers work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Enterprise Operations Enablement (EOE) Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects/programs from end-to-end that improve the member and provider experience, aligning with department and enterprise objectives.

ESS EOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager who:

Execute the project management life cycle from initiation to execution. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting progress against the project plan, mitigating risk/issues, creating situational awareness to key stakeholders.

Secure resources for the project team; identify appropriate roles and responsibilities needed to meet project objectives.

Oversee the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects; and lead program execution to deliver longer term business value.

Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Work with project team to provide clear scope in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and seeks guidance when needed.

Leverages standardized tools and methods within a centralized project management office (PMO).

Contributes to PMO and Agile process improvements and peer development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience of 3-5 years in Project Management.

Minimum of 5 years business project management experience, preferably with technical solutions and operational readiness planning

Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness

Knowledge in project artifacts such as charter, project plan, RACI, communication plan and deployment/operational readiness plan

Desire to advance project management skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification

Working knowledge of Agile methodology

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 – $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
