Manage a team of mitigation technicians, providing guidance and ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner. Conduct site inspections, develop plans, and manage scheduling. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors. Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. Provide and track documentation and reports for insurance claims and customer records. Work closely with reconstruction, sales, and administration departments. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

This is a fully on-site position in Manassas, Virginia.

Work Environment

Core Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Must be flexible for emergencies outside of core hours, including weekends.
