The Opportunity:
This position provides an opportunity to work with a fun and collaborative team within the Operational Excellence organization. This multifaceted role encompasses the following types of responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison with the technical team to help clarify requirements, design, test and implement solutions that support various business operations areas as well as program teams.
Assist the CACI policy management team to ensure that our corporate policies are current and correct.
Provide quality reviews and analysis of customer satisfaction reports.
Make improvements to the team’s internal processes.
This position provides exposure to many areas of the business, aiding in networking and career growth.
The position will also provide experience with developing and refining project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Within the Operational Excellence group, you will work with multiple teams.
As a functional analyst, serve as a liaison between requestors and the technical team to lead projects. This involves:
Gathering and defining clear requirements, helping to design solutions, testing, demoing, writing user guides and training, if applicable.
Track and report on project progress, including meeting timelines.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team and configuration properties for the developed tools and reports.
Perform quality reviews of documentation, including customer satisfaction reports.
Analyze reports.
Assist with the corporate policy management team to ensure policies are current and correct, help users with the tool, and help oversee the annual review.
Identify and Implement improvements within the teams.
Additional duties expanded over time as needed to help the team and organization.
Qualifications:
Required:
The following qualifications must be met:
BA/BS in a related field
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Microsoft Office Experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$52,300-$107,200
