We are seeking a dynamic Senior Process Engineer to join our Plant Management team. In this key role, you will lead technical initiatives to optimize and innovate our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Job Responsibilities

– Lead and mentor the technical team in process and product improvements.

– Drive optimization projects to enhance production efficiency without compromising quality.

– Maintain and develop process parameters, including Masterbatch, Final Batch Recipes, and Mix procedures.

– Support Early Product Management (EPM) by providing technical expertise on material properties and processing parameters.

– Evaluate and implement new raw materials and process technologies.

– Utilize statistical tools to troubleshoot and resolve process issues, ensuring production targets are met.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet cost and performance objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

– Bachelors degree in chemistry, Engineering, or related field (masters preferred).

– 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in rubber processing.

– Expertise in polymer Chemistries, rubber curing behavior, and equipment such as Rheometers and Mooney Viscometer.

– Proven leadership skills with a track record of successful project and team management.

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical process control methodologies.
