The Clinical Strategy and Practice Professional builds strategies for development, engagement, best clinical practices and processes for clinical community within the enterprise The Clinical Strategy and Practice Professional work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

This role will:

Develop/Drive projects and pilots by aligning with key stakeholders, identifying KPIs, and managing the scaling of successful pilots

Work with Practice Ops Program Leads to support projects / initiatives

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders

Collaborate with markets to ensure projects will bring value to patient care, patient experience and/or team member experience

Work under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications

A minimum of three years in operations or operational support

A minimum of three years of experience working within health care delivery

Experience developing and leading projects – including identifying and monitoring KPIs

Bringing a patient-care mindset to all work

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for completion of team correspondence, status reports, and presentations to varying levels of the organization

Strong collaboration and facilitation skills in order to lead project teams and meetings throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred

Experience with CenterWell Primary Care Operations

Experience working in a medical center or other patient facing healthcare facility

<15% travel to PCO Market; annually

Preferred that incumbent live near or in a Conviva or Centerwell Market

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 – $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
