Required Skills & Experience
4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change
Strong communications with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and adept at adapting communication style to diverse audience.
Focus on Business Incidents.
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Incident Triage and Analysis: Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions. Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Escalation and Coordination: Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary. Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.
Preventive Measures: Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging threats in incident management. Assist in the development of training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
