Associate Manager- Field Marketing Paid Media

Role Purpose

Support Field Marketing Advisory Services through paid media management to deliver strong results for hotels participating in IHGs Field Marketing program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understand performance objectives, develop successful strategies to achieve goals

Knowledgeable using paid media to influence customer lifecycle (awareness through booking)

Proactively monitor performance of campaigns

Vendor communication and management

Partner with key internal resources to develop and execute campaigns (Field Marketing, Brand Teams, Analytics, Creative)

Ability to aggregate, analyze and pull reports

Recommend new products, partners, services and any opportunities to drive overall department goals and remain competitive

Keep daily tabs on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expert

Education –

Bachelors Degree in Business, Interactive, Marketing or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience –

2 years’ progressive work-related experience with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position Minimum 3 years digital media experience

Technical Skills and Knowledge –

Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation.

Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.

Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated strong knowledge of Internet systems, marketing programs, and affiliate networks.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with marketing affiliates, regional teams, franchisees and hotel owners.

Demonstrated analytical skills and research abilities. Demonstrated ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisions.

Location: Hybrid Atlanta GA 3 days in the office

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future . An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
