Join Our Team as a Customer Care Specialist!

As a Customer Care Specialist, youll be the face and voice of our company, helping customers both in person and over the phone. Your role will be key in delivering exceptional service and driving our growth.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engage with Customers: Welcome guests and handle inquiries with a warm smile, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via web chat.
Solve Problems: Tackle customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and resolve standard problems.
Community Engagement: Overtime opportunities be attending community events.
Drive Revenue: Secure new and incremental revenue by promoting our products and services.
Mobile Talents: This role may operate between an additional office located in Hawkinsville, GA ; you will need reliable transportation to be successful. You may be eligible for mileage reimbursement based on location.
Educate and Assist: Guide customers on using our products and help them navigate our services.
Follow-Up: Make sure every issue is resolved to our customers satisfaction and keep improving our service.
What Were Looking For:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, and a few months in customer service. We value your willingness to learn!
Skills: Outstanding communication, solid data entry, and computer skills. Comfortable with office equipment? Perfect!
Knowledge: Eager to learn about our products and stay up-to-date with what we offer.
Bilingual: Speaking Spanish is not a requirement, but it would be great!
