Job Title: Shipper/Inventory Associate

Job Description

Verifying and recording incoming and outgoing shipments: This includes comparing shipment contents to records like manifests, invoices, or orders.

Preparing items for shipment: This involves using a scanner and forklift to prepare orders for shipment.

Storing and maintaining inventory: This includes requisitioning and storing shipping materials and supplies.

Preparing documents: This includes preparing documents like work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders.

Moving materials: This involves moving materials in and out of work areas and the warehouse.

Alerting management: This involves alerting management of out of stock or low stock levels.

Maintaining cleanliness

Qualifications:

Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing inventory.

Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.

Receiving, stocking, and stacking.

Pulling, packing, and loading.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong sense of time organization and urgency.

Able to work independently and within a team.

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Havana, FL,

Work Environment

The majority of the work will be on the plant floor in a climate controlled facility. The working hours for the 1st shift are 7AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday (Must be able to work OT on weekends)
