Line Lead/Foreman

   As the Line Lead you:

– Train and coach employees
– Manage the production schedule
– Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
– Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas
– Inventory management software maintenance
– Record production data during quality checks
– Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources

Required Qualifications:

– High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
– Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Professionalism and a passion for leadership
– Experience with food service/manufacturing a plus
