Job Description

Individuals in this role will pick medical products to be shipped to various locations, primarily hospitals or pharmacies. Upon arrival, they will put a scanner on their wrist, scan the bins on their cart, and follow the systems instructions to pick products from designated aisles. They will then rescan the bin, scan the product, and place it into their bins until full. Once full, they will bring the bins to a staging area for palletizing. The role requires being on their feet all evening, and the wrist scanner system guides them on the quickest route to pick their items. There is also an opportunity to train and move into roles operating cherry picker forklifts or rotating to the shipping area.

This is a fully on-site position in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Warehouse, very clean and well-organized – Temperature Controlled. The team does stretches every night before the shift. Everyone works hard and moves quickly through the facility while picking orders, but it is manageable. There is a lot of camaraderie and teamwork. Shift hours are 6:30 pm – 3 am, with potential overtime extending to 4-5 am, especially on Sundays and Mondays. The rest of the week typically involves an 8-hour shift with potential for 1-2 hours of overtime.
