NP PA Family Medicine and Galesville

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Holmen and Galesville
Family Medicine Clinics. This position will be attributed as .8 FTE in
Holmen and .2 FTE in Galesville. We are looking for a team-oriented
clinician to join our team of two physicians, two physician assistants,
and one nurse practitioner.The clinicsboth have onsite phlebotomy as
well as x-ray.Additionally, Holmen clinic has several specialties that
provide outreach care from the clinic.This position does require 1:5
