Branch Team Lead I

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Branch Team Lead I supervises, motivates, and
trains branch team members. Oversees the daily operation of the teller
line and assists with branch operations. Creates a positive first
impression and establishes strong member relationships. Processes basic
and advanced member transactions. Assists members with account
maintenance and problem resolution. The primary responsibilities of the
Branch Team Lead I role include but are not limited to: Promoting and
upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values Assisting with
hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members for the branch team
Supporting the growth and development of the branch team by partnering
with the branch manager to provide daily performance coaching and growth
and development coaching to team members Providing an exceptional
experience for members and ensuring the branch team is providing the
same Assisting Manager with daily responsibilities of branch operations,
making sure teammates are efficiently managing work duties Supporting
Manager with service and staffing levels of the branch, including MRO
staff; making sure the branch has adequate coverage and is responding to
members needs quickly while ensuring the members overall experience
is of the highest quality Assisting Manager in planning and facilitating
Branch Team Meetings regarding areas needing improvement, changes to
procedures, sharing new developments or services, and presenting general
information Maintaining a strong knowledge of credit union products and
services to confidently share features and benefits with members
Scheduling team members Performing branch audits Addressing escalated
member concerns efficiently Addressing team member concerns efficiently
Monitoring all branch activities to ensure compliance with established
credit union policies and procedures Processing member transactions and
account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently and
assisting members with problem resolution Assisting Branch Team with
advanced transactions Opening new accounts while building member
relationships by uncovering member needs, suggesting products and
services, and providing overall member education Supporting Manager with
monitoring and achieving branch goals and other performance and
operational measures and ensuring that appropriate steps are taken to
correct unsatisfactory results Supporting Manager to ensure branch
facilities are maintained and serviced Positively representing Fox in
the community Assisting with team engagement efforts and encouraging and
developing team growth Candidates for the Branch Team Lead I position
should possess: Three to five years of similar or related experience
Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required
Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to successfully resolve conflict and problem solve Strong
interpersonal skills necessary for coaching the team and supporting
credit union members Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm
