Position: Payroll Specialist/HR Assistant Qualifications: Proficient in Excel QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong grasp of payroll processing and regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in ADP RUN or Workforce required. Responsibilities: Run bi-weekly payroll operations meticulously. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding seamlessly. Generate insightful payroll reports. Perform related HR duties. Maintain precise payroll records and transactions. Address employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and policies. Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and addressing discrepancies proactively. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies. Stay updated on evolving industry trends. Other related Payroll and HR duties. Allied National Services is a proud EOE.
