The Learning Technology & Operations Specialist is responsible for two work streams in Daikin Learning: deploying learning technology solutions and supporting training operations. This role will work closely with Learning Program Managers and Operational Learning Managers to ensure that the experience for our customers is exceptional, and we deliver excellence in learning. Location: Hybrid – Plymouth, MN What you will do: Implement learning technology solutions in support of evolving business and operational needs using our learning technology ecosystem, including: LMS, learning pathway tool (Intrepid), video streaming platform, SharePoint and more Manage the LMS administrative functions including creation of courses and course schedules, manage enrollments, security permissions, notifications, assignments, and assessments Maintain accuracy of complex LMS processes such as consistent application of course descriptions, curricula configurations, course or class changes and instructor assignments Manage the course publication process; participates in quality testing and troubleshooting Participate in the development and implementation of procedures and operating policies for learning technology Provide LMS and other leaning technology training and support to the organization Facilitate end user training of LMS application for colleagues, leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), meeting facilitators, etc., in best practices of LMS methodology and procedures Manage the administrative and deployment functions for learning programs in our learning pathway tool, Intrepid Analyze processes and make recommendations to improvements learning technology usage and training operations Administer other learning technologies as needed: gamification, assessment, survey, virtual instructor led, etc. Support end-to-end program management and training operations: logistics, materials, coordinate food and beverage, purchasing, activity planning, financial tracking Maintain a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipment Build, maintain, and develop learning reports as needed to support the business Troubleshoot and answer questions from the centralized Daikin Learning inbox Whats in it for you: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Minimum Qualifications: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 2 Years of LMS admin experience 2 Years of training operations OR training support experience Preferred Qualifications: 4 Year Bachelors Degree in education or similar Learning or classroom experience Experince with Cornerstone LMS Experience wtih Workday HRIS Equal Opportunity Employment: It is the policy of Daikin Applied to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, marital status, membership or activity in a local commission, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
