Our Memory Care Coordinators becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident in a Memory Care Suite. Duties include: Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance in our Memory Care or Care Suites. Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner. Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends. Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters, networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building. Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following: Care conferences QAPI Other meetings as assigned by Community Life Director. Preferred Qualifications: Professional experience in programming and management in a Memory Care Environment of at least 2 years Either: Bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation or activities related field or High School Diploma or equivalent.
