Job Summary: Provides administrative to support for Camp Knutson to successfully perform all elements of its operations efficiently and effectively. Assist with administrative support for special events, fundraisers, and volunteer engagement. Contribute to the growth of Camp Knutsons mission through support high quality communication, customer service, and support of campers, guests, volunteers, staff, vendors, donors and other supporters. Help maintain a high quality, safe and secure environment for all camp participants, staff, retreat guests, donors and visitors. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field preferred. High school diploma (or GED equivalent) required. Minimum of three years relevant work experience. Experience in executive level support and working on administrative tasks involving different modes of technology is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different types of individuals and to effectively build relationships. Database entry skills experience preferred. Bureau of criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required, Motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required.
