Genesys Cloud Engineer / Consultant
100% Remote- Central Time Zone
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer
Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Genesys
Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Genesys Cloud Engineer, you will
be responsible for configuring, administering, and troubleshooting the
Genesys Cloud platform (PureCloud or CX Cloud). Additionally, you will
work closely with our DevOps team to set up CI/CD pipelines, version
control systems, and deployment automation using Terraform. Experience
with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and related services
(e.g., AWS EventBridge, Lambda, Kinesis) is essential.
Responsibilities:

– Configure and administer the Genesys Cloud platform (PureCloud or CX
Cloud).
– Troubleshoot issues related to Genesys Cloud configuration and
functionality.
– Collaborate with the DevOps team to set up CI/CD pipelines for code
promotion.
– Implement version control systems (e.g., GitHub Actions) for
managing Genesys code.
– Automate deployment processes using Terraform.
– Set up EventBridge/API to establish a data pipeline from Genesys to
our Snowflake instance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration
of Genesys services.
– Monitor and optimize Genesys Cloud performance and scalability.
– Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Qualifications:

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field.
– Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform (PureCloud or CX
Cloud).
– Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
– Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Certifications related to Genesys or cloud platforms are a plus.
