Job Summary/Scope
Performs general office and clerical duties in the human resources office. No supervisory or budgetary responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

– Posts job openings on City website and email to pre-selected agencies. Advertises positions with area publications accordingly.
– Compiles information for various reports (e.g.: Annual Report, EEO Questionnaire)
– Assists in conducting testing for Police and Fire employees.Processes completed evaluations.Types a wide variety of documents.
– Processes Personnel Action Forms and ensures all sources have the necessary information.
– Maintains files.
– Maintains employee, general information and storage files.
– Maintains employee records on computer and in hard copy formats.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

– Assists and/or conducts training on Human Resources items as needed.
– Performs all other related duties as assigned.
