Job Details:
Schedule – Monday – Friday with possible Saturdays
Hours – vary on which line you work
Pay – 17.85/hr. - Tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on
individual performance that range from $40 to $80 a day on top of hour
wage. We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks
This position is responsible for but not limited to:
– Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
– Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40 pounds for
some positions.
– Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach
above shoulder level.
– Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
– Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
– Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard
guard.
– Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
– Must have good hand/eye coordination.
– Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from
the work areas when needed.
Requirements:
– Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed
at Tyson, theres a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
– Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if youve worked
at Tyson no more than three times.
– Failed Drug Screen – if you had a failed drug screen, you must
wait 6 months before reapplying.
