Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and other equipment, to support construction, grading, and excavation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.

Perform pre-operational checks and regular maintenance on equipment.

Understand and follow project plans and specifications.

Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to ensure project goals are met.

Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and operational hours.

Adhere to all safety regulations and practices.

Assist with site preparation, grading, and material handling as needed.

Troubleshoot and report any equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willing and able to work in various weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
