Production Batching/Prepping

Job Title: Production Batching/Prepping– Hiring ASAPP!!!!

Pay: $19-22 depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Job Description

The Production Batcher incorporates and mixes ingredients to form liquids on a daily basis. They monitor the kettles for any issues that might arise. The batcher is responsible for ensuring the process and procedures are completed and QA has verified the batch prior to entering into production. The batcher will sign off on all paperwork prior to sending over to production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, disassemble and inspect filters, gaskets and seals on all equipment.

• Check and verify all ingredients from the prepping area.

• Comprehend and follow formulas to specifications.

• Accurately follow steps placing ingredients into the mixer(s).

• Follow processing standards set forth by Eagle.

• Monitor & document temperature as a critical control point to comply with food safety regulations.

• Ensure all contaminated product is properly discarded and equipment is sanitized.

• Provide timely mixing of batches.

• Uphold high quality standards, employing a “clean as you go” method.

• Operate, maintain, and clean mixer(s) and tank(s).

• Any other duties as assigned by Production Manager.
