We are seeking a CAD Operator to fill a key role in our Tacoma, Washington office.

About You
You are proficient in CAD to be a key drafter for CAD projects. You utilize your knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and solutions to help develop standards and processes. You are passionate about protecting Evergreen’s information as well as that of our customers, partners, and employees.
The Role
Organizes new and existing CAD Projects;
Creates, modifies, maintains, and ensures proper storage of CAD files for all jobs;
Ensures accuracy of legal descriptions and instructions;
Copies project documentation and delivery as needed;
Generates drawings using AutoCAD software. Drawings will include floor plans, details, elevations, block diagrams, cable runs and other drawings as necessary;
Compiles working drawings for team as assigned;
Follows company CAD standards and guidelines;
Expedites projects in a timely manner;
Interface with engineers and program managers to gather information about required drawings for the project;
Digitalizes of a variety of source documents;
Transfers root schematics into an AutoCAD layout;
Creates and merges documents into pdf deliverables;
Provides customer service and care as needed;
Travels as necessary; and
Performs all other duties as assigned.
The Necessities
Valid state driver’s license
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
The ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)

Prior experience working on government contracts or military bases

Range is $30/hour – $36/hour for well-qualified candidates.
