THE ROLE: Senior Go-to-Market Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Senior Go-to-Market Specialist, you will create and updating AWS sales content, such as presentations, datasheets, and case studies, to support various sales stages and strategies. It includes developing field-ready kits, competitive positioning materials, and tailored resources based on sales team needs and market insights. Additionally, the position requires collaborating with AWS, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring alignment between sales and other internal teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and performance.
Travel Requirements:
This position does not require any travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging AWS sales content, including presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies for different sales stages.
- Create comprehensive AWS field-ready kits and battlecards, including sales playbooks, solution briefs, and competitive positioning information.
- Update all content and resources regularly to reflect the latest product developments and market insights.
- Partner with the sales team to identify needs and provide tailored support through customized resources and training.
- Collaborate with AWS to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and align offerings with their platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the technology landscape.
- Use market insights to inform the development of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement resources.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and go-to-market execution, serving as a liaison between sales and other departments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Customer service attitude
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years experience with Sales Training, Curriculum and Content Development
