Licensed Practical Nurse

Fulltime LPN position available working for an agency that provides supports to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Under the supervision of the Residence Manager, is responsible for medical care of individuals living in a medically fragile residence. Duties will include medical assessments, medication administration, documentation and medical treatments.
Requirements include: NYS license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, one year nursing experience, a clean, valid NYS drivers license, must be proficient in computer documentation and must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
