Here, you will make an impact by:Designs, develops and implements global manufacturing people plans in partnership with the manufacturing leadersDrives local execution of people priorities for manufacturing and collaborates with HR Global Supply Chain and COEs on critical local issues (staffing, turnover, terminations, restructuring, development)Supports the activation of COE programs (Performance Everyday, employee engagement surveys for the production workforce, internship programs, etc.)Provides coaching to people leaders and employees to ensure they are supported and that their voices are amplified into the broader Solventum organizationLead and/or participate in the delivery of complex and global change projects in support of Global Supply Chain objectivesPartner with leaders to execute Organizational design initiatives in alignment with business priorities, portfolio decisions, operating model changes, etc.Provide expertise on strategic workforce planning, including identifying current and anticipated capabilities and aligning the appropriate strategies to address (e.g., internal capability building, external talent acquisition strategies, etc.)Leverage strong project management capability by leading diverse HR projects (e.g. Front-line Leadership Academy, Rewards and Recognition)Design and redesign HR processes to align to Solventums operating model and new HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.)Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to meet specific or nuanced needs within a business or functionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and ten (10) years of Human Resources experience (HRBP) in a private, public, government, or military environmentPrior experience working as an HR leader in a mid-large size manufacturing environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience working on complex projects with change management implicationsExperience partnering with cli nts to achieve desired objectivesDiverse project management skillsExperience working with Agile methodologyExperience with strategic workforce planningExperience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/successExperience designing / redesigning global HR processes for efficiency.Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines (plant, business, COEs, etc.) preferredGlobal HR experience preferredTravel: May include up to 10%Location: RemoteRelocation Assistance: NoMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
