Job Description:

General Assembly: Start in a general assembly role using hand tools to assemble the exterior of units.

Training Opportunities: Receive training to perform wiring of units and testing, enhancing your skills and capabilities.

Certification Program: Opportunity to become certified in brazing, which includes a pay raise upon certification.

Tool Utilization: Use both hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.

Complex Assembly: Follow work instructions to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.

Physical Requirements: Stand throughout the shift and perform rotational assignments as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to better meet customer needs.

Additional Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Ability to follow work instructions

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong teamwork abilities

Work Environment

Department: Located in the Cooling Department, this role operates in a high-speed environment, not an assembly line.

Mobility: Frequent movement required; must be willing to assist in various areas.

Conditions: Non-temperature controlled and tobacco-free facility.

Shift Details

1st Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Overtime may start as early as 5:30 AM) – Pay: $18/hour

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Overtime may extend until 1:30 AM) – Pay: $20.25/hour
