We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable and growing book of business opportunities in Healthcare in the Twin Cities market.
This is an opportunity for an individual to drive growth as we expand. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal and client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
What Youll Do

– This role will work primarily with Healthcare industries/portfolios and network of companies to grow new business.
– Drive revenue and sales growth through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.
– Collaborate with Slalom practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities on a diverse collection of targeted accounts.
– Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
– Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with Account and Practice leaders.
– Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events.
– Consistently deliver on an annual sales quota.

– 15 years of demonstrated success consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
– Passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
– Deep experience and relationships in supporting local Healthcare clients; partnering with them to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
– Skilled at building relationships with technical and business decision makers.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
– Alignment to Slaloms core values to build trust within the communities and clients we serve.
– Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
