Digital Producer (WC3-18219161)

Our financial services client is looking to hire a Digital Producer. This role is: > 40 hours per week > 5-6 month contract stint (possible 2-3 month extension) > Hybrid (Minneapolis OR Charlotte) Background / Experience we are seeking: > 4 years experience within marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e. mobile or social media) > 4 years Marketing/Advertising Project Management expertise > 3 years as a digital producer (digital production across websites, microsites, CMS system deployments, email programs, paid media, apps, kiosks, event installations and more) > Digital marketing experience alongside digital/web production experience > Experience managing digital projects (requirements gathering, solution brainstorming, production schedules, budgets) > Well versed in digital project management, platforms, coding language and constraints, as well as requirements for various channels including owned, social, and paid > Breadth of experience in production integration including data capture and validation solutions, Web Services applications, API applications, etc. > Marketing agency experience and/or a combination of in-house/client-side experience Day to Day: > You will work within the in-house agency to drive and coordinate digital projects in the digital development production team, > Tightly coordinate projects with the video and digital campaign management teams to deliver high-impact experiences across every screen marketing touches. > The Digital Producer will be tasked with managing project schedules and concept rounds, review meetings and coordinating approvals and milestones. > Ideating solutions and possibilities based on systems in place and available with each new project > Planning and coordination of digital development production for integrated marketing campaigns across our various LOBs > Facilitating CX, Digital Development, Creative, Account and partner teams in successful end-to-end project delivery > Serving as an agency knowledge-bank for digital project planning, channel governance, compliance and assessment of feasibility In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
