How you will contribute:

Evaluate the end-to-end recruitment process to recommend improvements and changes.

Lead Talent Acquisition projects and programs, with a focus on digital solutions.

Build project plans, lead all aspects of initiatives, and run sub-projects, inter-dependencies, achievements, risks, contingency plans, and project resources.

Lead project test efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of business and functional processes.

Develop communication and organizational change plans for Talent Acquisition initiatives, customized by audience.

Coordinate and assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet efficiency, quality, and customer happiness goals.

Partner with TA Specialists to develop and deliver training content or material associated with projects/programs.

Lead external vendor relationships, advocating for user experience and incorporating new features into recruiter standard work.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

4 years of related experience in a similar position.

In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a preference for Workday (including Workday Recruit) & Phenom.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrable track record to prioritize workload and run multiple projects, meeting key results and achievements.

Highly organized and process-focused, with a continuous improvement approach.

Demonstrable experience collaborating with and influencing internal partners at all levels.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver.

Previous recruiting experience is advantageous.

This role is fully remote and can be located anywhere within the US.
