Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Serves as a liaison between customer and Company by identifying and contacting current and prospective clients, generating sales proposals, and servicing accounts. Ensure quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery.

Positioning your offer – The ability to effectively position Holcim’s offerings to the customer and the ability to explain clearly the benefits that would accrue for the customer as a result

Using probing questions – Maintaining a clear picture at all times during a meeting or phone conversation of what information you have, and what information you are missing, such that you can formulate and ask appropriate probing questions that drive out clarification of the situation

Understanding the customer’s organization – Understanding the customers organization, power structure, buying process and other business processes, capabilities, constraints, values and culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Education: Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree OR 3-5 yrs similar experience

Field of Study Preferred: Marketing

Required Work Experience: 1-3 years

Additional Requirements:

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicablel aw, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator sealmeets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
