DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

Coaching and Mentoring : Instructing and coaching less experienced team members will enhance overall team performance and skill levels.

Maintaining Cleanliness : Keeping your work area clean and performing routine maintenance tasks supports productivity and safety.

Fostering Teamwork : Effective communication and collaboration with your team and support staff will improve process performance and workplace harmony.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

In addition to the daily production tasks, employees take on vertical tasks and/or support operationally critical tasks that take 15% – 25% of the team members time. The vertical tasks impact all shifts within the team

Is aligned with teams daily and/or weekly goals. Develops daily / weekly plan for the team to achieve the goal and demonstrates this with minimal supervision.

Track and report downtime and helps resolve the issues. Uses tools like freedom elog, Maximo etc. to track and log issues.

Compensation:

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
