ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Dataflow Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

Focus on system operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and specifically managing NiFi dataflows, NiFi cluster management, and some light Python scripting.

Support system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities.

Work with systems that ingest large volumes of data.

Responsibilities will include Elastic cluster management and deployment, creating Kibana visualizations and dashboards, and enhancing data analytic solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or Masters degree in plus 6-years of relevant experience.

An Associates degree plus 10-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position

Computer Science (CS) degree or related field

Strong working knowledge of NiFi is required.

In-depth understanding of corporate dataflow and knowledge of common dataflow tools such as DX, ElasticSearch, Kibana.

Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Docker

Python scripting

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and/or experience with customers analytic tools

Kubernetes, Kafka​

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
