Overview
In this role you will analyze, design, build and implements infrastructure solutions for technology needs ensuring that the infrastructure (network, hardware, software, data center, facilities, tools, and related equipment) is sufficiently robust, scalable, and efficient to enable delivery and ongoing operation of the solutions. You will research problems, conduct installations, and evaluate new technologies.

Role summary and job responsibilities
Identifies and evaluates infrastructure solutions
Installs, configures, and administers infrastructure components
Develops automations to deploy, test, and manage infrastructure components
Supports incident response and troubleshooting efforts as needed
Takes control of complex or vague problems and steps through them in a rational way
Makes tactical vs. strategic trade-offs
Flexible in his or her thinking; able to evolve a solution when additional information or ideas are presented
Participates in interviews for new team members
Business knowledge
Able to work directly with business partners
Can competently engage in business-led conversations
Requirements
Typically has 1 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of one or more infrastructure components
Thorough knowledge of core infrastructure capabilities: operating systems, networking, identity, and access
Thorough knowledge of tooling used to test and manage infrastructure components
Actively seeks feedback and mentoring to improve technical skills
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.
Base salary ranges:
$91,500.00 – $156,500.00 for the location of: California, New York
$81,000.00 – $138,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$73,000.00 – $125,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role . Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package . Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
