Overview
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination to the Executive Director, Area Director (s), and team of Operations Leads who directly support our Owner/Operators.

Responsibilities
Executive Director/Area Director Support
Support Regional Leader with all liaison roles and responsibilities
Support Regional Leadership Team meetings and follow up on decisions for those meetings
Coordinate/oversee all leadership meetings and any other assigned team meeting logistics and administrative needs
Responsible for calendar management, which includes scheduling a variety of meetings and events with Staff, Operators, and external participants
Included team meetings & 1;1 for direct reports, peers and senior leadership
Support Area Support Teams (AST)
Schedule and attend monthly Area Support Team meetings, capture action items, schedule and support additional related meetings, as needed
Coordinator AST Trips and In-Market Meetings, as needed
Create and maintain MS Teams channels related to ASTs
Operator Selections
Update/maintain Operator selection progress using specialized software
Coordinate travel for in field and internal Operator selection visits for Area Director(s)
Review and submit accurate and timely expense reports for Executive Director & Area Director
Host Guests, Candidates, and Vendors, as needed
Lead and/or support projects, as assigned
Revise and edit Region communications
Assist in research and preparation for a variety of meetings and/or RPM/NEXT presentations
Travel
Attend annual RPM/NEXT event, department retreats, and Region and/or Team Planning
Optional travel opportunities may be available
Gain proficiency using virtual meeting technology used to support flexible work environment
Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding Region Staff members
Operations Leads Support
Process Check Requests and Location Reimbursements (TBRs)
Assist in help to troubleshoot software, reporting or access issues
Assist in locating contacts and information on behalf of Operators
Update and maintain STEP system of Restaurant assignments and reporting for organization
Host Guests, Candidates, and Vendors, as needed
Support projects, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of general administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (must have high-level of proficiency with Outlook, including calendaring)
Experience with various technology platforms and aptitude to learn new software
Strong self-starter with superior follow-through, project management and organizational skills
Maintain the confidentiality of information and exercise discretion in interactions with Staff and third parties
Ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative, independent judgment, and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments
Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a limited degree of supervision, including the ability to remain agile and organized in the process of managing multiple calendars where meetings need to change frequently with very little notice.
Ability to support a wide spectrum of individuals and work styles, and manage a high volume of matters, with a limited degree of supervision
Ability to discern needed improvements, communicate recommendations or solutions and adapt procedures and processes to effectively complete projects and meet team goals/requirement
Preferred Qualifications
4 yrs. previous work history supporting an Executive Director or 6 plus years serving as an administrator
