Industrial Maintenance Technicians
A leading-edge manufacturing company in central Kentucky is looking for an Industrial Automation and Maintenance Technicians to be a part of the future of transportation.
Job Details:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
Perform preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, troubleshooting and investigate issues or problems on automated equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.
Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.
Ability to troubleshooting and program PLCs and knowledge of robotics
Qualifications:
7 years experience in an Industrial Maintenance Technician role or a degree /certificate in industrial Maintenance. (Industrial Maintenance Certificate, Journeyman Card, Associates Degree in Industrial Technology, Automation, or other related field, Robotics Certificate or Certified)
Knowledge of electrical control systems, automation systems & manufacturing technologies including PLC programming, robotics, and vision systems and process control systems.
Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)
Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Education:
Highly preferred that candidates have completed technical training or technical educational credential. Example: Industrial Maintenance Certification, Journeyman Card, Associates Degree in Industrial, Technology, Automation, or other related field, Robotics Certificate or Certified
Compensation: paying $27-37.50 an hour (direct hire)
