The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for controlling all inventory, providing real-time and accurate inventory levels of all inbound/outbound materials. Work closely with warehouse forklift drivers to ensure inventory control is established, as well as with the Cycle Counter to report on any shortages, discrepancies with physical inventory. Identify material discrepancies and investigate to determine root cause and publish findings to management. Maintains all inventory records accurately through SAP transactions and supports SAP transactions executed by all plant SAP users by providing ongoing training to improve processes.

Job Description:

Principal Responsibilities:

Check in drivers.

Performs all SAP transactions required for lost, damaged or found product, TECO, scrapping, regrind process orders, inventory adjustments, etc.

Corrects discrepancies in SAP related to errors with receiving or production.

Perform Cycle Counts to ensure the schedule is met.

Print out PSAs and perform walk through at beginning of shift

Review bins for “phantom” pallets

Review inventory discrepancy with the supervisor before shift end

Resolve all problem pallets

Reconcile all inventory discrepancies

Assist in resolving COGI errors with supervisor

Perform miscellaneous packaging inventory on weekly basis

Provide guidance to SAP users on proper procedures and system usage as needed

Provide guidance to and train SAP to employees on proper techniques and problem resolution methods

Review assigned tasks to cycle counter

Identify ongoing process errors and work with management to provide training on proper procedures

Provide backup for the warehouse and line forklift drivers

Other duties may be assigned based on department or company business needs

Review BOM’s for correct set up, when there are reoccurring inventory issues

Performs quarterly CHEP/PECO pallet inventory and report counts to corporate

Work with Supervisors to ensures all SAP transactions are complete for month end close to ensure SAP is clean for effective closing

Help with projects assigned by Warehouse Manager

After BP closes:

Track inventory sent to co-packers for production and keep proper inventory counts of raw materials at off site production locations

Responsible for inventory control reconciliations of finished goods sent to offsite warehouses

Closes out co-packer jobs and allocation of raw materials to proper jobs for non-SAP co-packer locations

Create STO’s for shipping of finished goods from co-packer to proper Treehouse DC locations

Responsible for physical inventories

Responsible for cycle counting processes both at ST and outside warehouse

Responsible for Co-packer transactions in SAP -receipts, production, STO requests and Inventory reconciliations.

Work with co-packers to ensure accurate reporting and processes to the batch level.

If needed, visit co-packers for periodic inventory and process reviews

Minimum Experience Preferred (Number of years and type):

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in manufacturing environment

Previous SAP experience

1-3 years relevant experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic math skills

Ability to drive a forklift
