Hours:

Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Hybrid role- MUST be local or willing to commute to Grand Rapids, MI

3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote

Must haves:

3 years of civil design experience in Civil 3D for land development / site development projects

Experience in civil site design for K-12 education school/commercial projects

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

EIT or PE License

Able to work a hybrid schedule in Grand Rapids, MI

Proven experience in Civil 3D

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and site plan development including grading, drainage, zoning, and utilities

Prepare project drawings, calculations, and specifications

Prepare schematic design and drawings, layouts, drafting, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Evaluate land use and zoning requirements – zoning ordinances and site plan approval

Prepare permit applications, agency review, and approvals.

Site visits during the construction phase of the projects
