M Health Fairview is looking for an Information Coordinator at Fairview St. Johns Hospital in Maplewood, MN. We are known for our award-winning heart, stroke and cancer care. Imaging Technologists deliver services to patients and physicians through the creation of high quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. St. Johns offers 24/7 Imaging services to Inpatient Units and Emergency patients We have outpatient access seven days a week.

The Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives.

Schedule : This is a .8FTE (64 hours worked per two weeks) position. The shift length will be 8 hours on the dayevening shift including a weekend rotation.

This position will travel to St. Johns Hospital in Maplewood and Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN.

Typical work schedule will be;

Week 1 : Monday 11:30AM-8:00PM (SJN) , Tuesday 11:30AM-8:00PM (SJN) , Wednesday 12:30PM-9:00PM (WWs) , Thursday 11:30AM-8:00PM (SJN)

Week 2: Monday 11:30AM-8:00PM (SJN) , Wednesday 12:30PM-9:00PM (WWs) , Thursday 11:30AM-8:00PM (SJN) , Friday 12:30PM-9:00PM (WWs)

Qualifications

Required:

2-year degree or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree

3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field.

Electronic Medical Record experience

Scheduling and registration experience
