Job Description:
Whether it is the adjuster, provider, other professional customer groups or the claimant, greet each interaction with empathy, fully engaged in meeting the customer’s needs
Ability to manage multi-channel, professional communications with customers, with heavy emphasis on email communication, but also including inbound and outbound phone calls, email correspondence, etc.
Demonstrate both efficiency and care in each c ustomer experience
Leverage technology and internal resources to provide benefit education to the customer
Use problem solving and critical thinking capabilities to identify and understand barriers to care (I.e. network requirements, customer nuances, etc.)
Guide the customer through the processes and needs to ensure the claimant receives the hearing care needed
Ensure each customer receives timely and authentic follow-up throughout the Workers Compensation work stream
Own all follow-up calls to all customer types, including the provider, claimant, vendor partners and adjusters
Achieves quality standards on every file by following all company guidelines achieving quality and cycle time targets ensuring proper documentation.
Main Position Details:
Start: 10/21 or 10/28
Pay: $25.00/Hr – $25.50/Hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Location: Downtown Minneapolis
Position Expectations:
All new WC requests worked within 24 hours of being received (follow up attempted,
80% or greater availability scores
85% or greater quality scores
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to thrive in a performance based high-touch customer service environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
High level of curiosity and ability to problem solve
Thrive in a team environment, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization
