Gaylord is located in south central Minnesota about an hour west of the Twin Cities and 35 minutes from Mankato, Hutchinson, and New Ulm. As the County Seat, Gaylord is the “Hub of Sibley County.” Our location produces liquid egg, hardcook egg, and precooked egg such as scrambled, patties and omelets. Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Michael Foods Supply Planning, Transportations, and Warehousing, teams are jointly offering an exciting opportunity to work as an Information and Data Segmentation intern. Our team works to ensure our Supply Chain Teams have the products and carriers available in time for scheduled shipments to customers. In this role, you will gain experience in data archiving and file clean up. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Information and Data Segmentation Intern will learn the practical application of: Basic Supply Chain skills Organizational skills File archiving and storage Documentation practices Project presentation Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree. Interest in gaining office management experience.
