ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct instructor led classes.

Prepare needed materials and calendar for upcoming classes.

Participate and assist with programs designed to encourage technician development, such as Tech Wars, Parts Wars and Summer Service Kickoff.

Stays current on product lines and equipment systems by attending supplier classes, and doing research for new materials.

Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Mechanical experience with the product lines we represent.

Certified AGCO, CLAAS/Lexion, MACS Air Conditioning, and Caterpillar CIAP certification preferred.

Understanding of Electrical systems and fundamentals of troubleshooting

Understanding of Hydraulics systems and fundamentals of troubleshooting

Understanding of Powertrain systems and fundamentals of troubleshooting

Understanding of Engine systems and fundamentals of troubleshooting

Basic understanding of computer operation and machine programing as it relates to the training responsibilities.

Ability to read and understand professional and technical manuals, schematics and software programs.

Must possess a clean driving record and be able to meet company insurability guidelines.
