We are expanding our team in the US, specifically at our location in Fargo, North Dakota. While work from home options are available based on Microsoft’s hybrid work policy, this position requires physical presence within the region surrounding the Microsoft campus in Fargo.

Responsibilities
Develop features with focus on quality, usability & performance
Participate in livesite operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders
Collaborate across internal & external stakeholders including mentoring others
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
3 years of professional software development experience with 1 years in building cloud-based SaaS applications
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) software experience
Experience in building cloud-based SaaS applications
Knowledge of microservices principles
X/C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL experience
Software Engineering IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 – $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 – $208,800 per year.
