Exciting Opportunity: Warehouse Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where youll play a vital role in our logistics operations! Your primary responsibilities will encompass receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing, and shipping activities, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
– Incoming Shipments: Manage all incoming shipments with precision.
– Order Verification: Verify purchased products and efficiently enter order receipts into WESCOs computer system.
– Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections as necessary to ensure top-notch standards.
– Warehouse Organization: Segregate backorders and store received materials in designated locations. Relocate and consolidate stock as needed and inform management of any changes.
-Shipping Preparation: Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment, including assembling and holding orders.
– Documentation: Prepare bills of lading and express receipts, ensuring accurate local delivery records and completing necessary sections on the pick ticket.
– Stock Management: Pull stock and return items to their correct locations pending credit memos, sales, or returns to suppliers.
– Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse and truck/parking areas clean and organized.
– Equipment Assembly: Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables as required.
– Maintenance Oversight: Administer preventative maintenance programs for delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to uphold safety and functionality.
Job Requirements:
– Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
– Skills: Basic computer skills are essential.
Working Environment:
Youll thrive in a vibrant warehouse setting with a moderately quiet noise level, excellent ventilation, and lighting. Be prepared to face various weather conditions and adhere to strict safety regulations while operating heavy equipment.
Physical Requirements:
This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and use hand tools effectively.

Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
