We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and storm water management facilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will create grading plans, utility plans, erosion control, and contour grading plans. You will work closely with other engineers, surveyors, and drafters to ensure successful project completion.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Dundee, Illinois.

Work Environment

This position is open due to a backfill and company growth. Our office is a smaller, open space environment that fosters collaboration among employees. You will work closely under a licensed PE, allowing you to accrue hours toward your own PE licensure. Our Illinois office has about 15 employees and receives support from our Wisconsin office, which has about 25 employees. We maintain a business casual dress code and a team-oriented atmosphere. Our projects include Amazon facilities, a new multi-family project, and other larger private developments. This is a full-time, in-office position with standard hours from 8-5, with flexibility and potential hybrid schedules after gaining experience, typically around two years into the role.
