About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Distribution Finance Relationship Manager to join our Distribution Finance Team.

In this role, you will:

Manage customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes

Oversee growth opportunities and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction

Resolve complex customer inquiries, billing errors, payment performance and disputes

Perform financial analysis of customers in underwriting

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Represent Commercial Distribution Finance to key customers and has decision authority on over-lines, interest adjustment, payment workout

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers

Lead team to achieve objectives

Required Qualifications:

2 years of Distribution Finance Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4-year college degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration

Distribution Finance Experience

Portfolio Management /Customer Service Experience

Commercial Banking Experience

Finance Experience

Experience working with multiple stake holders

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$69,900.00 – $124,300.00
