Compensation: $80K with quarterly bonus
Shift/hours: 2pm-11pm

What’s a typical day as an Operations Warehouse Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Directing Operations activities and teammates for one or more functions within a Distribution Center (DC)
• Managing teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functional area(s)
• Providing proactive performance feedback and coaching to teammates
• Ensuring appropriate training for assigned job functions and making succession planning recommendations
• Recommending expenses and capital investments for assigned functions
• Working with Operations leadership to improve DC metrics and drive financial performance
• Coordinating with local Account Management team, Transportation, Client Engagement Center (CEC), and Corporate Operations as needed
• Supporting the conversion of new customers at the DC to ensure successful implementation of new business
• Monitoring and reporting performance, implementing root cause analysis to improve teammate relations, customer quality, and operational efficiency
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree
• Have 3 or more years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience exhibiting leadership capability, preferably within the healthcare/medical/medical device industry
• Have knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and/or warehouse management best practices
• Have financial acumen including prior profit and loss responsibilities
• Can work fast and effectively within a matrix environment
• Have demonstrated leadership potential and people management skills
• Have proven team building skills with the ability to motivate and direct the work of others
• Have exceptional customer relationship skills
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent planning and organizational skills
• Have the ability to analyze, apply Continuous Improvement methodologies, and drive change
