Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist: 2024-2025 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lansing, IL. This position involves working with a caseload of approximately 22 students with mild to moderate disabilities. The school is looking for an SLP who will work for around 14-16 hours per week but will be given the flexibility to make their schedule. The primary grade levels are 1st-3rd grade, with the potential to see 4th-grade students as well.
Support we provide our clinicians: AnthroMed Education has a wonderful SLP Director of Clinical Support who offers our clinicians support throughout the school year!

Compensation: Full Salary paid weekly (52-week salary!) $55,000 – $70,000 based on experience (prorated for part-time hours)
Location: Lansing, IL
Hours: 14-16 hours/week, flexible schedule within the standard hours of 8:00am-3:30pm

Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:
Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth
Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language needs
Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans
Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders
Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements:
Master’s degree in Communication Disorders
IDFPR license eligible in the state of Illinois
Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
